An advisory board is a body of experts, that provide non-binding strategic advice to the management of a corporation, organization, or association. The informal nature of an advisory board gives greater flexibility in structure and management compared to a board of directors.
Dr. Bill Merrell - The Merrell Institute
Bill C. Merrell, Ph.D.-School Director/Founder bring 3 decades of Professional Education to New York State. He is on the National Education Committee of InterNACHI, The National Advisory Council of Housing Inspection Foundation, National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, The Association of Construction Inspectors and is the National Director for the North American Association Network. Bill serves in an advisory capacity to Educational Institutions of Higher Learning and is affiliated with multiple schools and educational organizations, both traditional and internet based. Dr. Merrell has achieved the designation of CDEI from The International Distance Education Certification Center (IDECC). in 2009 all On-Line Educators MUST have an IDECC Certified Instructor on staff. We are proud to be ahead of National Regulations. Dr. Bill C. Merrell is CDEI Designated.
Jack R. Miller (Retired)
Mr. Miller has over 30 years in the industry holding numerous professional appointments and offices, has many published reports, guidelines and procedures and is certified in numerous state. Mr. Miller?s formal education includes a Doctor of Ministry, Master of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
